The Concept
Somewhere between a hostel's energy and a boutique hotel's obsessive eye for detail, Mini Rooms carved out its own category. The design borrows from Asian minimalism -- clean pods, considered lighting, space that feels intentional rather than cramped.
Every room opens onto the pool. The rooftop catches the Caribbean light from dawn to last call. And the price tag still feels like a secret that shouldn't have gotten out.

Calle 6 Norte, between Calles 15 and 25. The kind of address where you leave on foot and forget you ever needed anything with wheels. Quinta Avenida's bars and restaurants are a six-minute walk. The beach, nine.
Before You Arrive
The front desk runs 24 hours, so late arrivals are never an issue. Staff speaks six languages -- English, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian -- and they're genuinely good at recommending the restaurants that locals actually eat at.
Breakfast is available on request. Parking is on-site. And if you need a cenote day trip or a Cozumel ferry booked, they'll handle it at the desk.
